Stephanie King is the Proposal Manager for Newfound Recruiting. After earning an advanced diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources, she started her career as a Technical Recruiter and later moved into proposal development responding to requests from both the public and private sectors. With more than 6 years of experience managing the proposal process, she contributes to the team by creating proposals and other business material which are client-focused and highlight Newfound Recruiting’s value-add to their customers. Building upon the dynamic, robust sales and recruitment teams within Newfound Recruiting, Stephanie helps to ensure that client needs are understood and articulated in a clear and concise manner, securing current client relationships and successfully acquiring new business partnerships.
